Web based support is provided via OracleMetaLink. Features of MetaLink include proactive notifications, customized home pages, technical libraries and forums, product life-cycle information, a bug database, and the ability to log technical assistance requests.Product Support is an annual fee and is priced at 7% of list perpetual license fees. Update Subscription Service is a prerequisite.
